About Me
Sarah is the founder of Sarah Supervises and a dedicated advocate for child safety and healthy co-parenting. She is the mother of five children—four boys ranging in age from 1 to 16—and a daughter, Maverick, who gained her angel wings at just 10 months old. Sarah’s personal journey through the family court system deeply informs her work. She has navigated complex custody matters with the fathers of her children, including long-distance co-parenting with the father of three of her sons, who resides in Texas.
Early in her co-parenting experience, Sarah was unable to safely co-parent due to domestic violence and addiction concerns. She made the difficult but necessary decision to utilize supervised parenting services to ensure her children’s safety during visits. Through accountability, sobriety, and education, that parent demonstrated meaningful change. Today, Sarah supports and encourages a strong father-child relationship, allowing extended summer parenting time, shared school breaks, visits to Colorado, and unlimited, uninterrupted phone contact—because children benefit when safe relationships are preserved.
Sarah currently parents her youngest child with her partner and is also a stepmother to her partner’s son from a previous relationship. She understands firsthand the importance of preventing parental alienation, fostering respectful communication, and keeping the focus on what matters most: the child. Sarah approaches every family with empathy, structure, and clarity, prioritizing safety above all else while working to facilitate calm exchanges and healthier co-parenting relationships.
Safety always comes first—but healing and forward progress are always possible.
