Sarah is the heart behind Sarah Supervises.

She is a mother of five, raising four boys between the ages of 1 and 16, and forever honoring her daughter, Maverick, who earned her angel wings at just 10 months old. Sarah’s work is deeply informed by her own experience navigating high-conflict custody cases, domestic violence, and the realities of rebuilding safe co-parenting relationships.

Having relied on supervised parenting services herself to protect her children during unsafe periods, Sarah understands firsthand how critical safety, structure, and accountability are. She has seen what is possible when parents commit to change—and now actively supports healthy, ongoing parent-child relationships whenever it is safe to do so. Today, Sarah is a partner, a stepmom, and a dedicated advocate for children, focused on creating calm exchanges and child-centered solutions.
